I gained a lot of practical experience in a variety of nutrition and dietetics areas while as a dietetic intern at Sodexo. I had the opportunity to participate in numerous rotations in a variety of locations, including hospitals, long-term care institutions, schools, and community organizations.
During your internship, I learned about:
1. Medical nutrition therapy: I collaborated with patients to create dietary regimens that target particular medical diseases including diabetes, heart disease, or renal illness.

2. Food service management: I learned about menu design, food security, and the administration of food service operations.
3. Community nutrition: I volunteered at a local food bank, dialysis center, and eating disorder clinic.
I got the chance to work with a range of patients, clients, and organizations throughout my internship, and I was able to develop useful skills that will help you become ready for a future in nutrition and dietetics.
